The hotel is situated in one of the best locations in the city. The main attractions are easily accessible on foot or by short tuk-tuk journeys. Another positive is the friendly and helpful staff who are more than happy to assist with any queries or concerns. Finally, the great food offered during our stay allowed us to enjoy local cuisine without needing to leave the hotel.
One of the biggest downsides is the hot water system, which failed to work consistently. We had to take cold showers several times.

Location wise, it was right in the heart of the action, close to both the temple and the ghats. Plus, it was easy to find transportation to get around the city. the staff were helpful and accommodating in answering any questions about the area. Another advantage was the quality of the food, which was tasty and well-prepared.
There were a lot of downsides to this hotel. For starters, the noise was unbearable - the constant traffic and noise was hard to ignore.

Location was great and I was able to walk to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and other ghats. Staff was helpful and attentive, and made sure my stay was comfortable. Food was delicious and they provided hot water in buckets.
All was good.

the hotel staff was welcoming and extremely helpful in ensuring our stay was comfortable. the rooms were basic yet clean, with hot water available on request. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with the Viswanath temple and other ghats just a short distance away. the hotel offered delicious Indian breakfast and a rooftop dining area was an added advantage. With all the positives, the elevator was out of service, making it inconvenient to climb up and down the stairs.
